Aromatherapy: Diffuse the Candy Cane oil blend by adding 3-5 drops per 100ml of water to an oil diffuser. This can boost energy and focus - and bring cheer in the air!

Topically:  Use Candy Cane oil topically by diluting 4-6 drops in 20ml (2 Tbsp) of carrier oil. Use this oil to relieve sore and fatigued muscles and to lift up your mood. Make a refreshing and soothing mouthwash by adding 10 drops of Candy Cane oil blend to a cup of warm water.

In the bathtub: Make a relaxing and refreshing bath blend by adding 1 cup Epsom salts, and adding 5-10 drops of Candy Cane to a warm bath.

In the dryer on your wool dryer balls: add a few (5-7) drops to one eco dryer ball before tossing them in your dryer. Repeat as needed.
