Refund policy

We want you to love what you order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

  • You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

Exceptions

Some products are final sale and cannot be returned. These items will be clearly marked as “Final Sale” on the product page.

Collective Brand Products

We partner with carefully selected brands through Shopify Collective. Because each partner brand has its own return practices, the following applies:

  • Returns for Collective products will be processed through us, but acceptance is subject to the partner brand’s return policy.

  • If a product is not eligible for return under the brand’s policy, it will be marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase.

  • If a Collective brand accepts returns but requires return shipping costs, those costs may be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and verify your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method (minus any applicable shipping or restocking fees).

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

How to Start a Return

  1. Log in to your customer account at account.shop.bluedotliving.com and sign in with your email or Shop account. You may be asked to verify with a code sent to your email address.

  2. Navigate to “Orders,” click on the item(s) you want to return, and request a return. 

  3. You will receive an email confirming your return request. We’ll send you another email when your return has been processed and a shipping label has been created. 

  4. Ship the item(s) back within 7 days of receiving approval.
